What I saw… is the area around my home through my eyes. What I saw is beautiful nature, mystic woods, peaceful and forgotten places. I discovered every corner of this landscape.
I saw the diversity of the changing seasons and the incredible transformation of this place. I realized its beauty lies in its simplicity and it teached me how to slow down. Focusing on the special moments of this place, I want to inspire to discover the story behind these objects.

The landscape is characterized by its centuries-old agricultural use. There are some isolated farms with houses built in the 16th or 17th century. Built with naturally occurring materials from the immediate surroundings, especially timber and clay. These buildings were built to last for more than one hundred years.

During the winter month, these farmsteads were nearly impossible to reach. For the heavy work in the woods and in the mountains they had proper draught horses, well adapted to the alpine terrain. Today almost every farm still owns horses of this heavy Bavarian draught horse breed to preserve their culture.
